You'd have to merge them into a single plugin. I think Wrye Bash can do it but I can't give instructions since I do it the tedious way with the CS. LFact
You can merge them with TES4Gecko, then use Construction Set to check and elaborate the merged plugin. I once made a plugin like this, you can check it, though it's now outdated.

bben46
Wrye Bash is a utility program, Made by Wrye, AKA The Monkey God. Available here: http://wrye.ufrealms.net/#WryeBash It is a great program that allows you to accomplish many things. However, I do not recommend it for for beginners. Please read the entire instructions on how to install and how to use before trying anything. And back up first. The construction set is available FREE from the Bethsoft site, Here:http://www.elderscrolls.com/downloads/updates_utilities.htm The instructions and tutorials are here: http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/Main_Page

GrieverFX
OK, so far what I can do is merge the esp of each hair pack. But how to make a new esp from scratch? What are the steps that need to be done?
BadPrenup
That's what you want to do. It will merge all of your hair mods into one new esp file.
GrieverFX
I mean to create new esp for hair only, because one of hair pack that I merge has race on it so it'll conflict with race mod
Zumbs
This is basically why you will want to use Wrye Bash. One of the very nifty features is that you can specify which parts of different mods that you wish to merge into a patch. This is done automatically every time you call the "Rebuild patch ..." function. To, say, add all hairstyles from a new mod, you just add the following to the description field of the mod: {{Bash:Hair}} This is called a "tag". If you also wish to add eyes, you can write: {{Bash:Hair,Eyes}} If you happen to use a body replacer that edits which meshes are used (such as Roberts Male Bodies), you can get the meshes by adding {{Bash:Body-M}} The best part is, that the merging is automated, so if you add a mod that adds hairs, all you have to do is to add a tag to the mod, and rebuild the bashed patch. Many mod authors even add the needed tags. No need to brood in the Construction Set. Wrye Bash has a number of other features for making conflicting mods play well together.
