Download timeout with larger files for the past month

As the title suggests, I have not been able to download larger files for almost a month now. I noticed others in this forum with the same issue, some of whom are in Canada like me.

 

Here is my information:

I have the exact same traceroute results. I'm also in Canada with Acanac as my ISP.

 

I have no idea what nexusmods has done, but I've not been able to download anything over 15 mb for the past few months.

If you're both with the same ISP that implies this issue is at your ISPs end

I've been having the same issue located in Ontario Canada.

The only way I can get around this is with a VPN. I'm wondering if it's Trudope's Internet censorship bill C-18 and the big tech standoff providing web services to companies like Nexus.

I'm seeing a similarity to the three of us. The hops all end at:

The next hop is getting block at the ISP level I suspect (Not Acanac because they're only a reseller).

I'm suspecting there's a lot of IPs by Datacamp getting blocked due to fraudulent activity.
