Game Constantly CTD: Mod issue?

If anyone can help me figure this out I would greatly appreciate it. Before it wasn't so bad crashing every now and then so I saved almost every minute (normal save never quicksaves) however now it's crashing every chance it gets, from within conversations to just walking around. Attached is the full load order from LOOT of what I have. I am not sure if I have incompatible mods or what.

I have tried to disable some at a time to try to narrow it down but that has proven to be well less fruitful.

scrap everything in the wrong hands is a game crippling mod. do not use if you don't know exactly what you do. most people do not. use a save before you used this mod and there is a chance your game runs stable again depending on your other mods.

ss2 can also be a reason for permanent random instabilities if some settlement limits are exceeded or misconfigured.

Download, install and use FO4Edit and learn "The Method".

 

Build your modding house brick by brick, don't throw 350 bricks in at once and expect to have a stable brick outhouse. :D

LOOT CAN SUCK IT.

 

Use it to identify mods with ITM records and other factors in need of fixinmg but DO NOT use it to order your mods, ever! Not for Fallout 4, at least. I have seen it try to place mods whose Nexus pages say point-blank need to be at the bottom waaaaaay up like 4 mods from the ESMs and ESLs!
