nosisab
0 - *** Make sure the unpacker you use (Winrar or whatever) is configured to 'honor' (keep) the folders structure *** some may unpack all the files under the extraction root folder and this is "troubles" here. 1 - Aways read the mod's documentation 2 - If the mod is released as a packed 7z file: a - The only thing you see into the packed file is a folder with the mod's name (and maybe some informative only files) - That mod is meant to be unpacked and choices are to be made about what to install (may exist optionals or mutually excluding parts) b - You see only a folder named "data" - albeit you should yet read the documentation, normally this mod can be extracted directly into the Oblivions install folder attention, I meant the Oblivion folder. You don't want to create another /data inside the actual /data c - You see some files, such as ESPs, ESMs and some folders like /textures, /meshes, /sounds ... - in this case you must unpack everything inside the /data folder. 3 - If something did go wrong return to step one and make sure you follow it. 4 - If you got here and did the previous steps you came to the right place. State your problem the clearer and simple possible yet in your topic title and description. Try avoiding the use of words such as HELP, N00B... they don't help understanding the mod issue but may help to show what is your problem and most experimented helpers may frown from even look at your post.
