Latest SFSE version triggering Windows Defender firewall.

Windows Defender anti-virus is blocking & or deleting a file in the SFSE download called Trojan:Win32/Cryptinject MSR.

Any thoughts on this?

Many anti-virus programs will give a false positive for some game files - you just need to make an exception for it in your anti-virus. Also, since the only place you can currently get the file is from Nexus, you can be doubly certain that it is completely safe, as Nexus has one of the most stringent anti-virus scanning systems there is.

How on earth do I get it working? I was able to add an exclusion to get it to download and install but when I run it my windows blocks it saying it's a virus.

add an exclusion for the game install directory as well, or, see if you can tell defender that SFSE is "OK".... (not sure if that's doable, or not.....)
