Point lookout download HELP?

Alright, I TRIED doing it the legal way, and buying. But I guess I need windows live, so I try signing up and it says The profile could not be signed in to LIVE. There may be a network problem or the Windows Live ID service may not available.

 

I can SEE that my internet works obviously. And the ID works. Help?

 

OR I wanted to download point lookout offline if thats possible. Help?

G4WL isn't available for all regions. Where are you at?

 

Offline downloading? that's a new one to me

 

In August it should be available on disc with Broken Steel (if you can wait that long)
