Sypron Posted May 18, 2005 Share Posted May 18, 2005 if you know how to do this, do it. add in a quest to get it (i like quests) like going around vvardenfell, finding ocean weapons then somehow activate them so they turn into plasma weapons, stronger and they have the effect. another thing is add particle effects, no that would be cool.
