I accidentally downloaded a file I didn't want.

I found a hyena replacer for moonpath to elsweyr on someone's profile. However, after I downloaded it, I found it was for SE. I deleted it immediately, since it was completely useless to me. Despite this of course, its stuck on my profile forever when I never wanted it. What's the point in the history thing anyway? I've always hated it. You can't block mods from showing up when you tell it to show you mods that were recently updated. I've tried using the tracking feature, but I keep having to consult my history anyway due to the sheer number of mods downloaded. Why you can't remove things from your history is beyond me. I don't want this mod on my profile, or mods from certain mod authors I've downloaded from in the past. Why on earth can't we control our own history? My history is a complete utter mess, rendering it useless to me.
