Missing info.json!

Hello everyone,

I've been encountering an issue today where some mods are no longer being recognized correctly through Vortex. The following error message appears:

 

 

What does this "Missing info.json!" message mean? It's also strange that I had no problems yesterday, but today these issues suddenly cropped up. It seems like the Vortex Mod Manager may have messed up my mods for CP2077, leading to frequent crashes in the game.

And to top it off, I paid for the Premium version...

Anyway, do any of you happen to know a possible workaround for this?

Hi. Sorry to bother you but I have the exact dame problem. Have you managed to figure out what's causing this issue?

This means that when Vortex tried to deploy the mods to your game folder, something prevented it from adding the info.json file correctly. We've never been able to replicate this so at this point we're assuming it's specific to particular user setups. 

If you can provide a bit more info about your setup we might be able to help further.
