Endbringer (Wow Sword)

I have zero skill making mods. I know the name of a program that modders use (Blender I think?) and that's about it. I would love to get into modding, but I just don't have an idiot proof way of getting into it.

That said, I love some of the great armor and weapon mods that you guys pump out. I wish I had your talent and patience. I hate to come here making requests, but I figured I'd take a shot in the dark.

While it is -extremely- tempting to make a "Lawlzomg somebody finish http://pixhellmods.blogspot.com/2008/01/pa...-armor-wip.html !!!!1!!!1" post (Iamnotputtingideasinyourhead), I've seen requests for that armor from long ago, and no one's made it, so I figure it will never be made. (And who can blame you? It looks F&%$# hard to make.)

But there is one WoW related weapon that I am utterly in love with, that I would love to see in oblivion, and shouldn't be too hard for anyone with modding experience to make. ( I think. )

Check it out in "View 3D Image" and tell me that weapon does not drip with awesomeness. And it manages to avoid being horribly gaudy, flashy, and overdone like most wow weapons.

So, is there anyone out there up to the task? I'd just love to see it in the game, as far as stats, I say a weapon this awesome should manage to have the option of being either Two Handed or One Handed, enchantable, and not come with any flashy stats, maybe as strong as your traditional High End Level - Endgame weapon...just an idea of course.

Note: I did look for this. Sadly, no dice.

Extra Note: This sword is longer in length than it appears!

Ah, I suppose so. Well I'm looking forward to your mod then. I wish more people would draw inspiration from WoW.

Also, still no takers?

what error is it popping up (or none)? To work the easist use python 2.5 installed to default location (C:/Python25) and then use the exe installer for PYFFI then install blender with its settings directory in install location, then install blender nifscripts.

try reinstalling the latest version (uninstall old files first), you need version 2.0.0 (or higher if they've released one within the last week or so). if done that already what path is python installed to?

This is how you can fix it and get a good-working version of Blender installed for Oblivion modding:

1. Uninstall the following software and reboot your PC:

Blender, Python, Blender NIF Scripts, NifSkope, PyFFI

2. Download the 2.47 bundle from here

3. Install all the included software just how the readme file describes and in the correct order.

Once you have a working version, you can continue to work with it or try using newer versions but be warned that the latest version of one piece of software may require another piece to be updated first...which may require other updated software. And the very latest versions of all the software may not work together yet. You've been warned. ;)
