No plugins or save games tab in starfield extension

I've installed the latest versions of both Vortex (1.9.5) and the Starfield extension (0.4.1) and for some reason neither plugins or save games are appearing in the side menu (though mods and collections are).

 

Seemingly without the plugins established by Vortex neither LOOT nor the game are detecting the mods properly (despite apparently all being installed and enabled in the mods section).

 

Is this a unique issue or is there some simple fix I am missing?
