KayaGrimoire Posted October 20, 2023 Author Share Posted October 20, 2023 Ill explain in Detail.I posted a Mod for a Radio Station for Cyberpunk 2077 upon that a Mod put the File on Check for Copyright Infringement.Upon that i changed the Zip to Contain no Mp3s and Jokingly said in the Mod Description "I guess the Mods heard the audio and ran to the nearest Church" as a Joke. The Band i posted is a Horror Goth Band its an obvious harmless Joke.So then i asked the Mod what i needed to change.That Joke doesnt break ToS i even included now in my Mod Description that i love the mods on this site so people cant misconstruct this. That Joke and my Simple Outpointing that there are Double Stantards to Copyright since there are big hitters on here like "Bury the Light" "Suicide Boys"...etc and the Band i posted doesnt even have copyright on their files and youtube Videos.,lead to the Second Upload that didnt go against Copyright ToS still got on hold because "alleged" Slander of the Mods.I never slandered anyone. Like i said i deleted the Mp3s anyway because i Respect ToS.But the Mod still put it on Hold because i stated simple Facts and a harmless joke.Like you guys say i dont want to make this some slander even now and just act" Patience" but i kinda feel mistreated since in the Process of all that i didnt got a single Message or Dm and my second Upload didnt break ToS ill now put my Mod description here so u guys and girl can tell me where i need to change something.Please tell me what breaks ToS here. I feel that i got punished for pointing out what happened to me and they covered it as "Slander" there is no slander here you call that Slander ? But saying im not allowed to voice my Concern is no Oppresion and abuse of Mod Rights ? I made this mode for my Sick Friend in The Hospital.Im German i dont know whats i called in English He has a Herzbeutel Entzündung and i shouted him out "Prinz of Mönchengladbach" please if you see anything that i need to change ill change but help me got it uploaded i wanted to spread love for him and the Mound Have a great weekend.... Guest deleted34304850 Posted October 20, 2023 Share Posted October 20, 2023 no. advising you to stop doing what you are doing isn't hating. don't add stupidity to ignorance. in one picture with the notification that your mod was being looked at you were told, clearly and explicitly to not do what you've done here, in several posts.its obvious that you take no notice to any advice given, if that advice doesn't suit you and you completely ignored what you were told in the notice. we'll see what the result of that amount of ignoring advice and rules brings you. i fear it won't end well for you. may you learn from this going forward.good luck. showler Posted October 20, 2023 Share Posted October 20, 2023 Judging from the images you posted it appears you ignored every single thing they said in the "hidden" message about being patient while it's reviewed, not calling out the moderators (the "ha ha, just kidding" bit is irrelevant), not taking it to the forums. You did wrong with the initial upload, which means your second upload needs to be reviewed by a moderator personally. No automatic approval for a mod that already broke the rules once. Your ONLY option now is to wait it out. Everything else you are doing is just making you look worse. And, just for your future reference, claiming "well those other mods got away with it so why can't I?" is the worst thing you can do. If another mod is breaking the rules, report them.
