ZanderArch
I was wondering, if I wanted to add some launch options to Fallout 3, where would they go? Since FO3 runs through a launcher program rather than directly from a shortcut launching an .exe, there's no "Target:" line to add commands, specifically "-noborder -windowed" since I use dual screens and FO3 crashes the moment it loses focus, so navigating menus near the right side of my screen can get pretty friggen annoying. I'd prefer instructions to the "Target" line from FOSE, but both would be nice. I did do some Googling and some searching and didn't get any results. gsmanners
I think you mainly use the My Documents\My Games\Fallout3\FALLOUT.INI file to specify options. For Full Screen, you look for the line that says "bFull Screen=1" and change the 1 to 0 IIRC. I'm not sure how you'd make it give a borderless window, though.
