Hi, I am trying to install mods for the first time on breakpoint and the guide says to uninstall battle eye, but it isn't there, is it safe to assume I can just skip that step?

You might get an answer more quickly by asking your question in the Spartan Mod comments section (here on nexusmods.com) or in one of the subreddits.

 

It's been a while since I modded Breakpoint but I think you should be OK to skip that step. If you are using Cheat Engine, I think you need to uninstall BE anyway.
