Unable to obtain in-game items using console command with basic required mods installed

Hello modders. Need an assistance please. I have downloaded and installed 3 armor outfit mods. Basically, this is an appearance item of an armor worn by Major from Ghost in a Shell. There are a total of 3 mods. I have downloaded and installed all required mods such as CET, Red4Ext, TweakXL, ArchiveXL, etc. When I typed the console command given, I could only receive 1 of the 3 mod items. The other 2 mod items do not show any syntax error at the console command, but I do not receive the items as well. Please advise. Thank you.
