Share Mod pack only with a friend?

Is it possible to somehow create like a collection but only for a friend so he has your modpack. 
Ive tried looking in creating a collection but my modpack has some nsfw and paid mods in it that i only want to share with a friend of mine.
So basically is it possible to create a kind private collection of some sort?

If you create a Collection you can mark it as "Unlisted" to share with a friend. However, you must not include any paywalled mods as that is against our rules.

Do you change it to unlisted after the upload or before?

When you publish it, you will be given the option to pick how you want it to appear.

you shouldn't be uploading mods that were behind a paywall either.  If you've paid for a mod on another site direct your friend to that site to get the mod.  Uploading someone else's mod (even as a collection) is against TOS unless you have specific permission from the person you got the mod from, especially if it's from a paywalled site.  Most modders who've uploaded a mod to another site (for example Patreon) and you have to pay for it (Patreon membership), will not give permission for others to download free.
