I believe so, Is there a config file for it I can modify to point it to the right location?

/run/media/deck/Games2/SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Starfield/plugins.txt - plugins.txt location
/run/media/deck/Games2/SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Starfield/Data/SFSE/Plugins/SFPluginsTxtEnabler.dll - SFPluginsTxtEnabler.dll location

Games2 is the drive I have the game installed on

As mentioned above I have Baka Disable My Games Folder enabled to disable the secondary data directory  `Documents\My Games\Starfield\Data`

/home/deck/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/1716740/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/Documents/My Games/Starfield/Data/

On SteamDeck it would look like this

Ok, it seems I solved my issue by moving starfield to the internal drive of the steamdeck  & adding the plugins.text file here. for some reason it just didn't recognise it when it was an external drive

/home/deck/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/1716740/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/Local/Starfield/plugins.txt

If anyone else has this issue, move starfield to the internal drive & it should just work
