The problem with Vortex

I accidentally deleted some extension, then I restarted Vortex, after re-entering I wrote about the game, that it was installed on the old version of Vortex, and now it's like a new one (I didn't change the version) and so that I can continue to control this game, I need to install some extension, I click install and an error pops up (I don't remember which one), eventually deleted the sabnatic profile, reinstalled Vortex, reinstalled Sabnatica and he doesn't see it, it's just not in the list (I was also confused that only 84 games can be controlled), help solve the problem.

If you're only seeing 84 games your setup is preventing Vortex from seeing the full list. 

Subnautica should always be there though, so go to "Extensions" -> "Show bundled" and make sure you didn't disable it accidentally.
