EchtAssi
For quite some time my vortex does not allow me to log in. I get three error messages (picture errors.png) when I start vortex. I got it to work once with a fresh installation but since then the same errors are occuring. Using different browers to try to log in and authorize or using the token did nothing. Searching the help forum did also not help to find a solution. Nor did restarting or reinstalling. Googeling the error message states that: "ECONNRESET" means the other side of the TCP conversation abruptly closed its end of the connection. This is most probably due to one or more application protocol errors. You could look at the API server logs to see if it complains about something. I did not change anything from before it worked to now. Do I maybe need to configure something in my router? Kind regards EchtAssi vortex.log
Solution Pickysaurus Posted December 23, 2023 Solution Share Posted December 23, 2023 All of these things are typically symptoms of your PC blocking Vortex from talking to the internet. Check your firewall settings.
