ScarredyCat
So I unplugged an external drive that to the best of my knowledge I wasn't using for Vortex, but now every time I open it there's an error message about the "missing drive." All games are working fine despite this. Which settings might be the issue to get it to shut up?
Pickysaurus
If you can be more specific on the error we might be able to advise. It's usually either your have a dashboard tool configured pointing to an invalid drive or you have something installed via Steam/Xbox/Epic etc that you didn't uninstall properly prior to disconnecting the drive. ScarredyCat
So the game it's complaining about is through GOG and I did use the drive as a temp folder for GOG downloads, but the setting on that program has changed. So is there a way to get vortex to catch up to that change?
Pickysaurus
Vortex is just reading your GOG config. Try updating Galaxy and it should make the message go away. Also, the current Vortex beta has quieter errors for the user configuring game directories in unexpected ways, so you can also try updating to the beta build.
