Cyberpunk is MISSING from Vortex

You've probably marked the game as hidden. Try unhiding it in your games tab. (On the toolbar)

Have you found a fix for this yet? My Vortex is also not showing Cyberpunk 2077 in the games managed/unmanaged lists. I tried disabling and re-enabling just to see if that would help it or not (it did not).

I have toggled the "show hidden games" off and on and it never shows up.

Is there another way to add the game to the vortex mod manager if it is not showing up in the list?

You can install game extensions directly from their associated download page if your setup is so messed up you can't find it in the app.
