Download Issues

Hello. I am having problems with download speed. I bought premium, so i cna download Constellations mod pack for SkyrimSE.

The download speed varies from 0-300kb/s and my internet connection is 200mb/s

So basicly i am never going to download it at this speed. I tested other downloads, the speed is normal. Nothing else is downloading in the background.
