I got up to 30% pretty quick in about an hour, but after that it started only downloading one mod at a time and now it's taking literally 30 minutes to go up by 1%. I wouldn't worry too much because Vortex will use all your available bandwidth to clear the single mod rather than splitting it between multiple files.
