globnar852
I give up trying to fix Downtown Boston FPS drop. Those drop made my game so choppy and I couldn't stand it anymore so I concede to the true final boss of Fallout 4. I need a pointer on how to cap it at 30 please. 363rdChemicalCompany
what are your system specs? sometimes it is background processes that make your game choppy. Like google onedrive (shut if off if you have it!) and some anti virus programs. Before I upgraded my computer I found my game would run much better if I was completely cut off from internet. That made my anti virus and my steam stop using system resources. And windows is a real resource hog too. My old rig was i7 9800, 16GB RAM (DDR4 RAM only), SSD ( older SSD), ancient RTX 760ti, so it should have run it ok but was choppy. installing fan made patches like Buffout 4 also really helped. Otherwise depedning which graphics card you have, it may be able to let you set fps...
