Trying to start up vortex and stuck loading

I tried loading a Vortex and it's loaded halfway and then got stuck in the loading process and won't continue task manager says it's open but I have no window for it but whether I run it in an administrator mode or not doesn't seem to matter I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it that didn't work and when I do do try to load it it stops at the vortex mad manager logo on my desktop but won't load any further if I leave it alone for hours it still doesn't load what should I do

Try renaming the folder at %appdata%/Vortex to something else and see if it boots up then. If it doesn't, your application state is damaged - this is usually caused by local security apps.
