Mod Installation for Fallout New Vegas Failing Repeatedly

I am currently trying to install a New Vegas Tick Fix for Fallout New Vegas using Vortex 1.9.12.

Whenever I attempt to install the mods through the manager, I get thrown this error message:

"Windows prevented Vortex from loading files necessary to complete the installation. This is often caused if you Vortex manually instead of running the installer or because your windows setup or third party software modified access permissions for these files. Please install Vortex or unblock all .dll and .exe files manually.
Name: Error

File name: 'System.Windows.Forms, Version=6.0.2.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089'
   at ModInstallerIPC.Program.Main(String[] args)"

I have tried installing the .NET 6.0 on both console and desktop, verified that it is running correctly, and reinstalling them entirely. I have also attempted to run the following:

icacls.exe "c:\Program Files\dotnet" /grant "*S-1-15-2-1:(oi)(ci)(rx)"

icacls.exe "c:\Program Files\dotnet" /grant "*S-1-15-2-2:(oi)(ci)(rx)"

I'm at a loss for what to do. Any help?

Have you tried the pinned fixes?

I was finally able to fix it just now. I think it was a faulty installation of my .NET 6.0, even though I probably installed, reinstalled, and repaired it half a dozen times yesterday... Oh well! Thank you.
