Nippleson Posted January 19 Share Posted January 19 Hello everyone, in this post I'm pretty much linking a video that helps fix the lip syncing bug you find in Fallout 3's and New Vegas's GECKs. Apparently the GECK is missing ONE file pretty much, and after downloading the file the lip syncing works amazingly. The previous method I used made me use The Elder Scrolls construction set, which was A PAIN and time consuming task EVERY TIME I tried making a simple mod with a NPC.
