Authentication failed,login failed

I was able to easily log in to Vortex on my old computer. Of course, the old computer was on the W10 system, but since I switched to a new computer, I have been unable to log in properly. The new computer system defaults to W11, and I have tried to turn off all firewalls and download again, but to no avail. I hope friends who have seen this information can help me. Thank you very much.
