uberoter
I have this strange thing going on. When Im away from a settlement everything electrical is broken and needs repair. Or more specifically turrets and generators. Lights are still on. I have workshop wireless items installed. Also settlement attack manager. This is very confusing and annoying , not sure why the hell this happens and any tips would be greatly appreciated. Edited February 2 by uberoter Added text. LarannKiar
The Power Grid of the settlement appears to break for some reason. It could be a compatibility or mod issue. Create a hard save then uninstall your settlement mods until you find the cuplrit.

xrayy
only the electrical part ? does the whole object/turret needs a repair ? do you use mods enhancing electrical parts of the settlement workshop ? check also larannkiars recommendation.
uberoter
Thanks guys , I did get it to work. I think , but not sure , that it might be some conflict with gun for hire and something else. I use the fuse box and it seems to not play with other settlement things. But I got it down to the water pump being broken upon return and that I can live with. Not completely sure, because I've never tried using outside of there.
BlazeStryker
If your preferred electrical sourcing is glitching the power grid, Workshop Framework specifically has options to work on it directly. Good Luck.
niston
Uh... U got some settlers-turned-synths sabotaging ur operation and destroying your equipment. Power grid issues do not cause equipment to break and needing repair. But if all ur generators get sabotaged by synth infiltrators, u obviously wont have power.
RoNin1971
Never paid much attention to infiltrators, and I don't know what settlement attack manager does exactly, but it does indeed sound like sabotage, or the settlement was attacked (& ignored by player) which usually leaves a few of turrets with damage. Kinda feels too obvious as answer though, but in that case its a feature, not a bug.
BlazeStryker
Even if you never try to knock out an enemy, Knockout Framework has a very interesting mechanic. If you set it so in the MCM, pointing your weapon at a suspected settler will reveal if he's a synth.
