ArchiveBrokenError: Archive is broken

I have been trying to download collections for the past 2 days now and have been getting errors similar to these somewhat frequently any idea as to what is causing them or what i can do to fix it.

I have done a full wipe of vortex(delete folder in roaming and in control panel) I also deleted all mods and uninstalled Skyrim

after all of that I tried downloading another collection and the issue persisted.

Edit: i have also done a memtest and Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and SFC /scannow in cmd

Based on the error you're getting corrupted downloads. This is almost certainly a connection issue rather than a Vortex issue. Try restarting your router.
