downloading & installing for 12+ hours?

ok, wtf vortex?

downloaded a bg3 collection last night,

TLDR;

started the installation of collection, last night. CPU still slammed, vortex running 66 processes. 

20+ Console Windows Host

20+ LSLib -

4 vortex

 

wtf is vortex doing so poorly? and how do i fix it?

You probably need to close and re-open Vortex. If the LSLib actions aren't closing down properly that's usually due to something blocking it from working properly on your PC.

in that instance it kept popping up new & more... 

ending vortex via task manager, purging mods after restarting seemed to have 'fixed' what ever but someone needs to RCA this.
