Serious deficiencies that are felt

How many of you are tired of not being able to change clothes for your wife or your steward and the few mods that were available are not updated?

    • doesn't know/doesn't indicate, do we want to talk about the fact that half-busts with breasts have been created and not even a casket or display for the Azura star? (10 years)

I tried on any npc but never married (ingame) but I don't think that this mod has problem with wives https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/15211

not updated doesn't mean "not working"

I confirm that the mod also works on AE and does not cause inventory bugs especially in Rayya...

But where is the display for the Azura star?

@IlComico  See my post in your other thread.  There are mods that let you set NPCs' outfits, and/or make followers' outfit changes stick after you dismiss them.

  EDIT: adding it here too:

Simple NPC Outfit Manager (LE, SE) might do what you're looking for.  (Though I've never tried it.)

Otherwise, my own Skyrim spouses are nearly always followers, so I change their outfits by trading inventory with them.  And multiple-followers mods like EFF (LE, SE), AFT (LE, SE), or UFO (LE, SE) can also give you finer control over your followers' outfits, including making them 'stick' after dismissing your followers -- along with other features like having your followers ride their own horses while you're riding.

EDIT: And there are always console commands, particularly equipitem.  You can look up the items' BaseIDs on UESP or Skyrim Wiki (if not mod-added), or search for them with the console's help command (e.g., help "elven light" should list all the Elven Light Armor pieces, as well as anything else with "elven light" in its name).  Though outfit changes done this way won't stick after you leave (and the game unloads the area).
