Some mods disable all plugins when they install. Skyrim SE/AE 1.6. 1170 , Vortex 1.10.8, WIn10 64 Home

I've had this happen before. Do a mod update, launch the game and find all my plugins disabled. This time I was able to take note on a particular mod, SkyPatcher AE, when it happened again.There may be others so I'm not laying a blame just on SkyPatcher.  It appears in this case that SkyPatcher disables its older installed version plugin (and all my other plugins as well) when updating to a newer version.  After installing, it re-enables the new version plugin of itself but not the rest of my plugins.

I'll continue to watch and see if any other mods cause the same result and post what I find. Cheers.
