Game location doesn't exist or isn't writeable

Recently got premium and decided to download a collection for Skyrim SE. Just ended up having a bunch of problems and I decided to try to fully reset vortex and Skyrim so I deleted the mods and may of deleted a folder I wasn't supposed to. Now when I try to manage Skyrim on my vortex manager it pops up with an error saying The game location doesn't exist or isn't writable.. continues on with something about staging folder. Here's a screenshot of the error.

As the error says, it's looking for a file with the name in the error, but you have a folder with that name instead (somehow?). Delete the folder at that path and it should fix the issue.
