Some mods just aren't downloading.

I'm having this issue where some mods just can't be downloaded, they are just stuck forever at 0% and I can't do anything about it, I have no idea what the issue is considering i can download some and it seems random about whichever doesn't work.

 

They are just stuck forever at 0 bytes per second.
