Vortex fails to install extension for game I don't have, & keeps failing to deploy

Hello, I am running Vortex 1.10.8, & noticed this odd error every time I try to start it up claiming that a Stardew Valley extension failed to install from Github from a drive that doesn't even exist.

Furthermore, this problem seems to cause all of my other mods to fail, as they will not deploy; citing this same temp file that it was trying to install. I have tried completely uninstalling the program and all of it's files, as well as the games I'm using it for, but the problem still persists, & I can't even send an error report through Vortex as it evidently won't go through unless it can deploy.

Any help would be appreciated

Seems like your local install of 7ZIP might be broken. Have you tried reinstalling Vortex over the top of the current install?

I did, & I also reinstalled 7-zip. No effect. I do have Vortex installed on a different drive other than C:, would that be a possible issue? Why would vortex be trying to access a nonexistant drive, anyway?
