Invalid Steam key

Hello! I bought a steam key for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order with DP but it appears to be invalid, throwing this error:

"Invalid Product Code
The product code you've entered is not valid.
Please double check to see if you've mistyped your key. I, L, and 1 can look alike, as can V and Y, and O and O."

I also tried to redeem it through the web but got the same message.

How do I resolve this issue or perhaps get my DPs refunded?
