Best visual upgrade mod

Recommendations on what mod to look into that would be a large over haul from basic vanilla to a high end 4k rig?  like an all in one not a list, Thanks.

I'm probably biased, but I've been using the following visual mods for over ten thousand in game hours. I don't use anything else, not ENBs nor anything else. I also play at 4k resolution all-ultra the whole time.

• Darker Nights (darkest setting)
• Karna's Color Changers
• True Storms
• Nuclear Colors at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com)

HD |Overhaul by luxor if zyou have a montiro that supports 4k.

2k version if your monitor supports 2k

I also like NAC/X  for weather, even though it has many more options than just weather
