Editing locations in the game, cleaning up garbage, building, saving.

Hello, I finished the game and I want to edit the map/objects on the map, clear some locations of garbage, maybe build something) and save it and just enjoy the view. Maybe there are some tools for this?
I have CET installed and all the necessary mods
but in CET I can’t edit anything, it seems to only work in standard apartments in construction mode

Спасибо, вроде интереный вариант, но у меня на чистой версия 2.12 не запускается, пишет, что нужно обновить один из модов, к этому моду нужно очень много дополнительных качать. и похоже один из них все еще не обновлен(
