Help please 😞

Recommended Posts

Hi all. Hope I'm posting in the right place. So I have recently tried modding FNV via this site and guide. I believe I followed it to best of my ability but unfortunately I'm having some trouble with meshing it seems....I have just loaded up the game and started a new fame and seeing a red triangle and white gravestone shape instead of the vigor....I think lol.Β

I'm not sure which mod is causing the problem as its all new to me. Any help would ve appreciated and I can provide whatever info or pics to help. I will attach some screenshots of mods and problem once I have worked out how to take pics off my camera roll

Β

Many thanks 😊

From looking at just the few two 'screenshots', it appears that you have quite a few mods to sort out. That being said, in my opinion, it would be easier for someone to assist you if you took some actual screenshots. PrtScr on the upper right side of your keyboard should bring up the screenshot dialogue. I'm on Linux but Windows should be the same. Then, taking note of where you save them, attach them here.Β

If not this time then for future reference.

Yah, those photos are kinda blurry and low-res to me; hard to read what's on your screen.Β  (Though that could also be my browser blocking higher-res versions from loading off that site; I'm using Firefox with tracking protection on and the NoScript addon installed.)

It's actually Win+PrintScreen that saves a whole-screen screenshot to disk, in Windows 8 and later.Β  PrintScreen by itself just sends a screenshot to the clipboard -- which you can paste into an image editor -- like it has since Windows 95 or perhaps earlier.Β  (Windows 7 and earlier, there was no screenshot-to-disk shortcut unless you used a third-party tool -- though 7 apparently did have the snipping tool hidden somewhere.)

Otherwise, you could go into your Mod Organizer profile's files, and upload the modlist.txt and plugins.txt files.Β  Though that won't show some of MO's other info, like mod versions, that we'd get from screenshots.

On another note whilst trying g to sleep and thinking about this....I'm going to try and reinstal all the ones that have the installer as I think although I ticked things like the yup patch etc I actually didn't untick the others.....which I believe I should have.

Hi please find attached modlist and plug ins.

I was unable to upload a screenshot as it is to big. But if your refer toΒ https://imgvb.com/image/H0ipwΒ its there.

Β

I have checked all ticks on mods that used the installer and all are correct. I followed the ModdingLinked guide on Viva New Vegas.

Β

Hope this helps as really want to play today :)

So I have unistalled/Reinstalled through Steam and deleting files. All I have is the DLC from Steam store on, and verified the integrity. Running through steam the game crashes at the loading screenΒ  after first FNV. So now I have no idea whats going on.
