Disable notifications on tracked mods?

Not sure where to ask this,  but is there a way to disable notifications from tracked mods? Every day I'm getting multiple notifications when a mod author updates a mod I tracked. I like tracking mods so I can go back and find them easily, but the constant notification spam all of a sudden lately has me untracking mods.
