Vortex refuses to log in

Vortex Version: 1.3.22

Dear Vortex Support Team,

 

I've recently got a problem where Vortex is no longer able to log into my Nexus Account, therefore making it impossible to check for any mod updates or even downloading them, while the website itself has no problem with me login into my account.

Vortex tells me that some certificate has expired and then gives me the option to log in over a requested API key, however once I request the key and copy it according to instructions, it tells me the key is invalid. I tried this multiple times with different keys and I'm really not sure what to do anymore.

There are a few other threads like this. You need to update Vortex to the latest version by manually downloading it from the site again. Your version is too old to update automatically.
