I was browsing mods a while ago and there was one that addressed the fact that there are many generic NPCs have that "wide eye, high eyebrows, generic preset" look. I didn't think it was much at the time, but now I see it everywhere. I can't find this mod anywhere anymore. The mod had a lot of face morphs for NPCs, but after hours of searching, I just can't find it. Does anyone know the mod I'm talking about?
