Zorkaz
I made a custom settlement in Far Harbor but I forgot how to make things scrappable. Do I need to regenerate Precombined Previs? Because all that did was making the visuals buggy.
worm82075
To make an object scrappable it must have a construction recipe. Add the scrap recipe filter and leave the workshop as NONE.
Zorkaz
Yeah but some stuff is baked into precombined meshes already. That's usually the issue with custom locations.
worm82075
Personally i would disable the pre-combines for the cells my settlement occupies( because i use Build high expanded settlements which does this for ALL the vanilla and DLC settlements except vault 88) but I know that many people put performance as their number one priority so probably not an option. I prefer to have the ability to scrap everything with a small performance hit and no visual defects.
Zorkaz
Yeah but I can't disable precombines for a certain Far Harbor cell I think.
