I noticed a more restrained added foodstuff mod recently reminiscent of Appletree Bakery. There's supposed to be one site with the goodies. My suggestion was that Dr. Penske would (after Hole In The Wall) like to get hold of those to grow in 81... Secret 81, to be precise. There is access to deep down dirt in need of fertilizer but free of radiation there and the space needed for an expanded hydroponics setup. (I leave it to the modders to decide whether the Insitiute has dug out a deep farm like that over the years...) Frankly, reclaiming Secret 81 to allow for more residents and added features would be a Godsend for them in any rational setup (whether or not you have Elianora's 81 Overhaul up).
