Weapon editor?

Is there some sort of program that add a simple weapon editor just loading the esp/esl? 

So making easier to modify weapon stat, LL, replacing, obj material needed for upgrade etc, just in a single app?

Hun, thanks, i already knew CK and Fo4Edit but problem is that i'm not so confident  i was hoping some 3rd party app to work only on modded weapons
