Skyrim SE - odd bugs

So I got an issue with message boxes coming up blank. Like the kind when you select a rune to change from warrior to rogue or steed or something or when it asks if you want to turn on survival mode. It's blank, but the options to click are available to select.

Another issue is that NPCs sometimes to not respond. I walk up to them, press E then... nothing.

When I try to load a save, it says the save is corrupted. I can leave and go to the main menu to try and load from there, but the game kinda freezes in the loading screen, with the mouse still visible and able to move around oddly enough. I have to use console commands to quit and start back up. Once I do, the game loads, the NPCs talk to me and things go well... for a while, then the unresponsiveness starts all over again.

I have no CTDs, thankfully, but it becomes irritating when I have to reboot it every now and then.

This be me modlist, as generated by Vortex. I have the latest Steam version, AE, CC and all included. If anyone is willing to give me a clue as to WTF is going on, I'd greatly appreciate it. Because I've tried to uninstall the mods and the game and reinstall them at least twice and it still comes back to this. I can't figure out which specific mod or combination of mods is causing this so I don't know which to exclude or patch or replace or whatever needs to be done.

If you're looking for the Skyrim forums, they're under Game Communities at the top of any forum page.  (Click on Join Community in any games' forums you want to post in.)

And yah, I'm not sure which mod(s) that's from either.  You might have to go through your list  to track it down -- either one-by-one, or by progressive halves: disable the bottom half, see if it still appears in a new game.  Then continue with half of what's not yet ruled out.

Maybe add an alternate start to the mix too (like Alternate Start - Live Another Life or Realm of Lorkhan), to make main menu > New games quicker.

As far as I know, there's no rule against asking in the general forums -- especially since not every game has its own forums since last year's updates.  But many of the more knowledgeable Skyrim players will be in the Skyrim forums.
