Blender, .obj and collisions

Sadly, 3DS 2013 is required to create (complex) collisions using the official havok tools plugin (which only works with the 3DS 2013 version.)

Getting the software used to be relatively easy. There was (still is? dunno) a link on the autodesk forum for it.

... but getting a license ... good luck with that nowadays.

Bethesda's official 3DS Max plugin only works with 2013. If anyone has managed to modify that plugin to work with later versions of 3DS max then they haven't shared it with the community at large most likely because they are not legally allowed to.
