spot227
Hi, This is probably a known issue, but I'm still reporting it since no one mentioned it here. Vortex version: 1.11.6 Starfield extension version: 0.7.0 I installed "Mystery Gravis Suit" (sfbgs023.esm, confirmed in Creation Kit) from Creation Club. To make sure the mod works, I launched the game from Steam first, then back to SFSE. When I closed the game, Vortex notified me of "Missing Plugin Detected" and this entry was added to plugins.txt: *sfbgs023.esm
langbj76
My plugins.txt file is correct, but Vortex keeps telling me "Missing Plugins Detected". I did a plugins.txt reset, manually reordered them within Vortex and yet it still says "Missing Plugins Detected" every time it deploys.
AaronOfMpls
Do any of your mods require another mod you don't have? Vortex (like pretty much every mod manager) should have a way to tell you somewhere.

There's no dependency issue.

The Vortex error message also says of allegedly missing files, "these plugins will be commented out of your plugins file," but this does not appear to be happening; there are no commented out plugin files in plugins.txt. insomnious
Thanks for bringing this up. We've noticed this as well and currently working on a small fix to stop the notification from appearing incorrectly. From what I've noticed so far, things are fine (regardless of the notification) and it's not stopping Vortex or Starfield from working correctly. The plugins are where they should be and Vortex is just showing the notification by mistake. If that is any difference, please let us know but the fix shouldn't be too long. Solution insomnious Posted June 12 Solution Share Posted June 12 Hi all The fix is live and ready to go. Restarting Vortex should prompt an auto update of the extensions, if not you can get it from https://www.nexusmods.com/site/mods/634?tab=files The notification is mostly redundant with latest Starfield (1.12) but we left it in for now to provide a bit of backwards compatibility while people are holding out on updating the game. It's simply highlighting the need to deploy to get an accurate snapshot of where everything is. In a few weeks we'll most likely be removing that check altogether. Let us know how you get on Thanks insomnious
