Dimensionlord1
Basically want to remove the level caps on some NPCs so they level indefinitely with the player.
anjenthedog
I don't *think so, but afaik there are mods that will do that for many NPCs and followers, if not all (never really looked into it, just from routinely scanning "new mods" first thing when I come to nexus, ex: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/46809. From my collected recollections, vague as they are, there are afaik others (at least 4 if I'm not mistaken) if that one doesn't suit your fancy or doesn't work for you (idk, I don't use one, just did a quick widenet search for you on "uncapp followers"). AFT or NFF may also, as does possibly Proteus (don't quote me on the last three) good luck
jjb54
I would be careful using the mod suggested. There are some serious issues with it ... and IF you should try it: >> Back up all your saved games before you use the mod ... so that when you find it does not work ... you can go back to your original saved games AFTER you uninstall the mod. Especially since SKYRIM SE has been totally screwed up by the so called Bethesda "Update" .... be very careful.
Dimensionlord1
So the closest thing I was able to dig up from the internet regarding uncapping levels was a console command that uncaps them to level 81 SetLevel 1000,0,1,81. Though not sure if swapping 81 for 0 would make it have no cap, or if there's a way to even do that with the command.
Tetrol88
Easy to do using SSEEdit - I use it on heaps of vanilla and modded npcs - some encounter mods spawn groups of enemies that go on rampages and wipe out guard posts etc - so I just modify the levels of any NPCs that I want in a created patch. If you make a mistake, edit (or delete) the patch
alphafr
What you found is right, here is some clarification just in case Setlevel A B C D A= % difference of level between you and the NPC (1000 = 100% = same lvl as you) B = flat level difference between you and the NPC C= min level they start with D= max level cap so put 999 for D and you essentially uncap them Edited June 23 by alphafr
